No big news lately.. I’m still waiting for my “Decivilize After Consuption” to be released. In the meanwhile I’ve been working on a new album, currently called “Blind Light”. I hope the files from collaborators to reach my mail soon. A remix of a great song by Mice Cars called “Americans” should be out as a free download at some point but I don’t really know..
On the MickeyEatsPlastic side, we’re trying to get some work done on the new album and we just finished a track for a compilation. I don’t have much details about that neither…

Anyway, moving to NY in a couple of months ! It’s gonna be me, my mate Steph Thirion and the talented HeCanJog sharing a flat somewhere in Brooklyn.
I hope some cool shit will come out of that…

To Kill The White Glamour - Reworks EP01 contains four remixes by Mickey Eats Plastic for Dorian Concept, Ellul, Zucchini Drive and Create(!) plus couple of sweet remixes done for us by Astroid-Power Up! and NAW.
Moreover, it comes with a really nice artwork by Matias Conduri. You really can’t miss it.

Both audio and video from the event are fucked up.. but at least I got couple of pics to remember our performance ( Steph Thirion + Me = Superigual ).

Giardini di Mirò have just released a digital Ep containing some remixes of their “Dividing Opinions” ( + a previously unreleased track). Mickey eats plastic are among the remixers with Isan, Mapstation and Offlaga Disco Pax.

Got my copies ! Look lovely.

The Root of Sine vol.4 is out on Audiobulb and features a track of mine called The queen of Brooklyn . As every other track in the project it’s entirely constructed from a single sample of a 440 Hz sine wave. Has been a pain in the ass but I’m quite happy with the result.

In case you didn’t know, I’m 1/2 of Mickey Eats Plastic. We got a new song out, it’s part of a digital compilation released by the italian label 42,
“42 more songs” (click on the link to listen to the entire release). Vocals by Little P, directly from Mice Cars (a band i really love).

I’m happy to announce that my new album is ready and that will be released by Nexsound in winter 2008 (beginning probably). It’s called “Decivilize After Consumption” and features 12 tracks, one of them is currently uploaded on my myspace page . I’ll upload 2 more during the following 2 weeks.
The song currently up is called “Fashion arithmetics” and features vocals and lyrics by my talented friend Steph Thirion. Take a listen !
